Meeting will start with Formal Introduction only if any new member has joined the group. Time for such introduction will not be more than 10 min.
FINALIZATION OF NAME FOR FOUNDATION
We hope everyone here knows that the name Swarajya Foundation is not available with us, since it has been already registered at the registrar by some other organization. Hence we need to finalize couple of new names for our organization. Since the last meeting, few members have come up with following names so far…
SHIVAUNSH / SHIVANSH, Anubandha, Shivankur, Aarambh, We मराठी Foundation, शिवतेज , स्वाभिमान, प्रवर्तक,
सर्वोदय, NAV DISHA, Swayam Purna, Surajya, Swayam Siddhh…………
We have given ourselves a deadline to finalize couple of new names for our organization during this meet, so that the halted process of registration can be started.
However your suggestions and comments are welcomed.
DISCUSSION ON THE PENDING ISSUES
1. Submission of all the Documents of Foundation in the Charity commissioner's office. …Queries and Solutions.
2. Scholarship Related Documentations.
3. Banks we should opt for the Bank account.
4. T shirt – as soon as we finish up with name of foundation, we will close this issue.
5. Infrastructure development for the easy implementations
6. Documentation of earlier events.
7. H. R. Initiative, Vasundhara project……………… Plans and Implementations.
DISCUSSIONS ON THE WAYS TO REDUCE A COMMUNICATION GAP WHILE WORKING.
It has been observed that there is a communication gap while working, as the members are from geographically different locations. Different ways to have a proper communication network, and discipline to overcome this problem will be discussed during this meeting.

We will discuss with Shardul regarding his requirements as well as suggestions from other fellow members in improvement of our portal

SHARING EXPERIENCES OF THE EARLIER EVENTS AND MEETING
Experiences of the past meetings and events will be shared, so that newly joined members can get an idea about the work we are doing under the banner of our group.
NIVARA EVENT
This time we have organized a social event along with the meeting.
Details of the said event are as below.
DISCRIPTION : "NIVARA" is an old age home in Pune. This old age home is not getting any funds by Govt. hence everything is managed using donations by private parties. The old people stays at Nivara don't have any relative. Not a single person is charged for residing in this old age home, but there is one section for people, who want to pay for their stay.
As a donation, the management accepts either Money or Food grains. So we have decided to donate some Food Grains. We already have balance amount (Rs. 1500/-) of earlier event with one of the most active members of our group Mr. Rohan Kalbhor, along with this till date we have a collected Rs. 1400/-. So members who are willing to contribute for this noble cause may contact Mr. Rohan Kalbhor or Mr. Prashant Konde.
