AGENDA FOR THE MEETING:1) Finalization of name for our Foundation

4) Improvement in the communication between the group members to reduce the communication gap while working.

7) Nivara old age home event.
The scheduled time for the meet was 12:00 PM, but we all gathered at the venue by 12:30 PM after completing the Nivara event which was stretched 30 Minuets beyond scheduled time.
All the machines were running on Reserved Fuel, so we all decided to refuel the tanks
… We took a break for Tea & Snacks before starting the meeting.
Finally the machines were ready after refueling……..
INTRODUCTION The meeting started with formal introduction.
FINALIZATION OF NAME FOR FOUNDATION We hope everyone here knows that the name Swarajya Foundation is not available with us, since the "Swarajya" is a National word, and can not be used for any organization. Hence we need to finalize couple of new names for our organization. Since the last meeting, few members have come up with following names so far…
SHIVAUNSH / SHIVANSH, Anubandha, Shivankur, Aarambh, We मराठी Foundation, शिवतेज , स्वाभिमान, प्रवर्तक, सर्वोदय, NAV DISHA, Swayam Purna, Surajya, Swayam Siddhh…………
We had given ourselves a deadline to finalize couple of new names for our organization during this meet, so that the halted process of registration can be started.
We decided to take a poll on the above mentioned names for selecting name for our organization. This poll was restricted to the members those were present for the meet.
Out Put: Name of final Name of Foundation: “We मराठी Foundation” DISCUSSION ON THE PENDING ISSUES 1. Submission of all the Documents of Foundation in the Charity commissioner's office. …Queries and Solutions. Avadhut (Avi) and Pallavi had a meeting with a C.A. Mr. Nitin Kulkarni in Mumbai four days before the meeting. They had a discussion on the constitution prepared by us with him. As per the instructions and model constitutions of registered institutes given by Mr. Kulkarni, we have decided to recompile the Constitution document prepared by us. While preparing the said document, we need to study the BPT act thoroughly.
We have also decided to get it verified by a Professional Lawyer, who is specifically working in BPT Act domain before finalization.
We have given this responsibility to Uma and Prashant. All other members will help them to accomplish this task
2. Scholarship Related Documentations. : It is decided to prepare few more Student data collection forms, Such as Family Income Proof, A Recommendation letter by Principal of the school in which the student is studying and A Questionnaire for Class Teacher of the Student.
It is also decided that we will commence our scholarship program with Min 2 and Max 5 eligible students. We have formed a Committee of four members for screening the collected student data. The candidate will be selected after screening the data and recommendation by the Committee members.
The progress of the candidate will be reviewed time to time; there will be a Monthly, Bi- Monthly and Quarterly meeting with the Student as well as concerned peoples for reviewing the overall progress of the student. Motivational camps will also be arranged along with the meetings.
Our Friend and fellow member Archana (Archu) came up with an idea of doing this experiment on a Small Village near City, so that in future this can be referred as a “Model”.
We have unanimously decided the Committee members; these members will be involved in all the above mentioned activities.

3. Banks we should opt for the Bank account. In order to collect funds we need to have a bank account. This responsibility has been given to our Friend and Fellow Member Nilesh Kokate. Nilesh will be posting the information related to bank Account before 14th December 2007.

4. T shirt – This Chapter will be closed after finalization of Organization name. The T-Shirt would be in Gray color, it will have Name & Logo of foundation printed or in the form of embroidery. Our Friends, Prashant Deshmukh, Monali and Anand Kharade are working on it. Very soon the designs will be uploaded for review. Designs from any members other than Prashant, Monali & Anand are also welcomed.
These T-Shirts would be ready by 25th Jan 2008 so that we can wear it on 26th January 2008 which is a First Anniversary of our website

5. Infrastructure development for the easy implementations Sometimes it is too difficult to spare out time for social activities due to Professional, Personal and Family commitments. Due to this many times we are running out of tentative schedules and are not able to meet deadlines. So we are looking for a person to whom we can delegate few of our tasks such as Submissions of Forms, Documentation and Sorting of forms etc. We are specifically looking for a person who is retired and is willing to help us managing this work.
It is decided in the meeting that this person will be paid for his services. He will be working as an Office Coordinator.
Prashant will be looking after this issue.
6. Documentation of earlier events. We are preparing documentation of all the events organized till date in a common format. This will be useful in managing or organizing events in future. This documentation will be preserved on the

Our Friends and fellow members Prashant Konde, Shraddha Sawant and Kimantu Omble are working on this. Very soon it will be made available on the portal.

7. H. R. Initiative, Vasundhara project……………… Plans and Implementations. Our Friend and Fellow member Avadhut Patil (Avi) has shared his valuable idea for Economical, Non-Traditional and Non polluting way of electricity generation. I would request him to put it on the forum for everyone.
8. DISCUSSIONS ON THE WAYS TO REDUCE A COMMUNICATION GAP WHILE WORKING. We observed that there is a Communication gap between the members. It is also found that there is no proper coordination between the members.
To overcome this problem, it is decided in the meeting that every individual should update others about the status of the task assigned to her/him by any possible way such as Phone, Email, etc.
It is also decided that there will be an Open Documents Spreadsheet or a Blog will be created per project, involved members will update the information about the task assigned to them.

http://www.wemarathi.com portal. Registration at the wemarathi.com is necessary for accessing that information. This to encourage more and more members to use the facilities available at our own

vi) We have a requirement of Content writers for wemarathi.com portal
10. SHARING EXPERIENCES OF THE EARLIER EVENTS AND MEETING There were No new Members so there was no need to go ahead with this agenda.
11. NIVARA EVENT This time we have organized a social event along with the meeting. One more event has been added to the List of successful events organized by our community.
Prashant will be posting details of the said event soon.
